The Artillery Hall
The Artillery Hall is the home of the Heavy Artillery exhibits. The 25pdr Gun with its attendant limber ammunition transporter is pulled by the Morris Quad and is a fine of the famous WWII Field gun. Such guns are still retained for ceremonial salutes for the Sovereign and other Royal occasions at the Tower of London and in Hyde Park.
Amongst the artillery on display is a rare 17pdr Anti-Tank Gun which was the British reply to the German 88 Ack Ack Gun, used so successfully in the Desert campaign.

The 4x4 Amphibious Jeep, mainly used in the Far East, was originally recovered from a beach in Jersey. Although there were 12,778 Ford versions manufactured in America, few survived the War. This now rare vehicle underwent an entire rebuild in the Muckleburgh workshops.

Also on display in the hall is the K2 Austin Ambulance, whose body was made in Norwich. This vehicle is similar to the one driven by Queen Elizabeth II during her time in the ATS.
